Welcome to our three-generation family-owned business! After serving in the US Navy, Al Kerling first started in the industry in the mid 1960’s making pizzas shortly following the opening of his first restaurant. In 1977, he and his wife Pat Kerling came up with the Zeet at his restaurant in South Wales. In 1979, the Zeet made its first debut at Bar-Bill Tavern in East Aurora, and soon all across the town. Today, the Zeet is making its comeback, and we are as proud to continue their legacy by using the same time-honored recipe with fresh ingredients to create the best and only original Zeet in Buffalo. We are excited to reintroduce this fan favorite and showcase what made the Zeet so popular in the 80s and 90s.
